All Clients of the MendoNet System Agrees To And Is Bound By The Following Terms And Conditions:
- All billing will be accomplished via email from MendoNet no sooner than ten days prior to the end of your current billing period.
- All bills are due for reciept within ten days of the end of your current billing period. Past due bills are subject to a ten dollar late charge.
- Termination. Termination of an account by the client is accomplished by emailing MendoNet a notice of intent to terminate 30 days prior to the end of your current billing period. Termination of an account by MendoNet will issue an email to the client with said notice of termination, and would be the result of continued non-payment of a past due account, or continued non-compliance of the client site content with regard to restrictions on publishing content set forth in state and federal laws which are applicable to the Client's site.
- Copyright. All images, text, programs, and other materials found in the MendoNet Web Site are protected by the United States copyright laws under Title 17 of the United States Code, and the 'The Berne Convention' international copyright treaty. Any commercial use of the images, text, programs or other materials found in the MendoNet System is strictly prohibited, without the express written consent of MendoNet.
- Content Submission. Certain areas of the MendoNet System may allow for the exchange of information between you, the Client, and the MendoNet server. Any submission by the Client implicitly grants MendoNet the authority and right to use that content for the purpose of responding to information input by the Client. Information submitted via this site is deemed to be strictly confidential.
- MendoNet System Programs. Use by the Client of MendoNet System proprietary programs such as Book'em Dano! is made available to the client on a monthly fee basis, and all rights, priviledges, copyright and ownership of said program(s) remain with the MendoNet System and its author.
- Security. It is the Client's responsibility to secure your access information such as username and password. MendoNet, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and programmers are held harmless to any actions due to any unauthorized person or persons who use your access information to change your website or configurations in any manner. The Client has the ability to change any and all access information at the Clients discression at any time.
- Legal Requirements. The Client will maintain their site so as to be in compliance with any local, state, and federal laws which may be applicable. MendoNet, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and programmers are held harmless to any actions due to non-compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Client Responsibility. The Client assumes all responsibility for use of the MendoNet System. The Client waives all claims against MendoNet, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the MendoNet System.
