Tier Four Clients will have all the same security and banning features of the main Book'em Dano! program, with their own customized Auto Responder, which is replacing the previous broadcast systems. Basic Security:

Due to both documented and as yet unknown security holes in M$ products, Book'em Dano! runs completely independant of M$ extentions, X-modules, $ront page, etc. Further, while not presenting a significant threat, both Java^® and Javascript^® are neither used or required for Book'em Dano! operations, both on your site, or for your Administrator functions! It runs flawlessly, independant of your local browser choice, as well as that of your visitor. You can do maintainence and mailings using any forms capable HTML browser, from anywhere in the world!

Access Security

Book'em Dano! uses very strict address filtering, beyond the RFC 822 email address format standards established over 18 years ago. A "cracker" cannot send what we call 'meta characters' into the MendoNet system to steal or delete your invaluable subscriber list. Book'em Dano! uses an exclusive proprietary two phase administration access, real time 13⁶⁴ crypt keys with programmed timeouts, three independent logging systems, numerous onscreen error notifications, and trapdoors!

Program Overview:

Without a doubt, the most powerful and economical system available today for information distribution, is Electronic Mail. With a mouse click, you can broadcast information to 100,000 people or more. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the email traffic being broadcast these days is UCE, Unsolicited Commercial Email, and UBE, Unsolicited Bulk Email. It has become a major nuisance for the vast majority of Internet users, and much like junk mail in your postal mailbox, it is almost impossible to avoid getting junk mail.

The other side to this coin however, is that the same system can be an incredibly powerful communication and marketing tool, if the recipients have actually Requested information from a provider via Electronic Mail. Having a mailing list of 1,000 potential clients is much more effective by magnitudes, than 100,000 recipient bulk mailings. The reason is very simple. The former ASKED to be on YOUR Mailing List!

I wanted to provide my clients with that degree of marketing power. I searched for a program that would meet my criteria, and could not find anything that would offer the features and security I demanded. Undaunted, I decided to invest several hundred hours in writing a program which met my criteria. Book'em Dano! is without peer for features, security, and ecomony.

Your mailing list is built one name at a time. It will grow to become a resource like a savings account, especially for businesses which tend to be seasonal in nature, like travel, lodging, real estate, and perishables commerce. Everybody on your list is there because THEY requested to be there to recieve your Mailings! Also, Book'em Dano! is self maintaining. Unlike a postal mailing list, Book'em Dano! will accept subscription request as well as un-subscription requests 24 hours a days for you, and automatically update your subscriber list.

Book'em Dano! bounces bogus addresses, and bans your list of bad guys automatically. It also lets you know via email every time someone subscribes or unsubscribes. This default configuration can be turned off if you don't want to be bothered.

How do you get it? A small bit of HTML code is placed on one of your webpages as shown in the example above. You put it where you want it, and add whatever text or graphic embellishments you want. It has a compact unobtrusive footprint, and a very friendly and foolproof user interface. The ONLY hard coded HTML in the whole program is that which is found on Your web page! The other 34 pages are generated "on the fly" by your individual installation of Book'em Dano! on the MendoNet server, and sent to you or your visitor instantaneously. Every single function generates a separate page (screen) to inform you or your visitor of current status, including any error messages.
