just as you see it described below.
The something@mendonet.com addresses were used
for live testing and are left here in this screenshot for
illustration only. Your email address would be placed
in the verify windows when the page first loaded.

This composition window is set to a physical wrap of 72 m's wide. Only do line breaks (returns)
on lines which do not reach all the way over to the right margin. This will keep your paragraph
bodies from becoming fragmented when going through the mailing process.

Email Verification Will Be Sent To:
Use the 'Verify Mailing' option to send yourself the mail you have composed above. If you don't like
the way it looks, or have found spelling or grammar errors, you can make corrections before you
send out your final mailing. For minor errors such as spelling, do not reload the form or all text will
be lost just as if you clicked on 'Clear Window'. You can edit those changes and verify your mailing
again, or mail it out to your subscriber list you if are satisifed with it by clicking on 'Send Mailing'.

Add New Subscribers To Your Mailing List
Enter correct email address in either options' input area.

Your entries here are run through the Format Validator, just as if they
came from the link on your web page, thus reducing errors. This is
the standard option Which Does Notify a new subscriber via email.

Same as above but Without Email Notification of new subscription status.
This is not the recommended option, but it is available if you choose.

Delete Existing Subscriber(s) From Your Mailing List
Higlight your selection to delete, and click on Option.

Email notification Will Not be sent to the deleted member.
This would be the normal mode to easily cull your email
subscribers list of bounced or invalid addresses.

Ex-subscriber Will Be Notified by email of their deletion. This
mode is usefull for assuring a complaintant that you have
taken steps to rectify a failed unsubscription request.

Add Email Addresses To Your Banned List
Enter correct email address for new banned addition.

Your entries here are run through the Format Validator, just as if they came from the link on your
web page, thus reducing errors. Your new "Bannee" Is Not notified, but will get an error message
if they attempt to subscribe. Remember to delete the newly banned addressee from your regular
subscription list above if he/she/it is listed there.
Using the all@domain.name feature
This is an extremely powerful feature, and should be used very judiciously. It will literally ban ALL
email addresses associated with the Domain Name you specify, both for subscription requests and
for your Auto Responder service. It is generally better to surgically ban individual addressees from
your system, especially for larger hosts such AOL or Compuserve, which would ban millions.

Delete Existing Addresses From Your Banned List

You currently have 13 banned e-mail addresses.
Higlight your selection to delete, and click on Un-Ban.

No email notification will be sent to the Un-Banned Addressee,
nor are they automatically subscribed to your regular list.

Update Your Auto Responder Welcome Message

Welcome, as a new subscriber to the Demonstration Mailing List. This is your notification of your newly subscribed status via email. This is just a normal courtesy in case someone else subscribed you without your knowledge and/or consent. It does happen. If you wish to be removed from the Demonstration Mailing List, please click on the link below, enter your email address, and click on Unsubscribe. Thank You List Owner
