- Tay Ninh Vets ... do you remember how many times the guys from the 187th saved our ass at night? Here are some pics of those great Cobra, slick, and med-evac jockeys. Maybe some of you guys from S-4 and S-2 recognize someone from that little water-pump/minigun incident.
They too paid a high price that we might live another day. Thanks again guys ... you had that 2 minute mortar response down pat and we haven't forgotten you.
Also From The 588th's Tay Ninh Era:
- The 541st Medical Detachment .
- How about the 2/22 and the 3/22.The 2nd of the 22nd and the 3rd of the 22nd. They were with our Charlie company out in Dau Tieng. They were assigned to the 25ID in Feb of '68.
- The the 4/9th Infantry Manchu was assigned to the 1Bde 25ID as well.
- And the 1ST BATTALION (MECH) 5TH INFANTRY BOBCATS
25TH INFANTRY DIVISION.
